Our contemporary Australian menu highlights our country's finest producers and farmers. Driven by the changing seasons, with a focus on quality meat, seafood and produce harvested at the perfect time and thoughtfully prepared by our chefs.

Our menu is complemented by a selection of more than 80 wines from the best local wine makers across Australia and New Zealand.

Our Menu

Our menu is a la carte and designed to share, taking guests on a journey from smaller plates through to larger dishes with a selection of sides.

Alongside the a la carte menu is the Silvester's experience menu, curated by our head chef Abhi Dey highlighting key favourites from the menu.
